Tundra Performance is a Denver physical therapy practice specializing in helping athletes and active adults recover from injury, improve mobility, and reach their performance goals. Founded by a team passionate about movement and long-term wellness, Tundra has built a reputation for hands-on, results-driven care that goes beyond traditional PT.
But after several years of growth, the business had outpaced its website. Like many practice owners, Tundra's team had built their own Squarespace site when starting out — a practical decision at the time, but one that was now holding them back.

The new brand brought a clean, athletic aesthetic with inspiration drawn from the arctic tundra that speaks directly to Tundra's target audience of active adults and athletes.
Key elements of the redesign included:
Clear service positioning — We rewrote the homepage and service pages to immediately communicate what Tundra specializes in and who they help. Within seconds, visitors now understand this is a practice for athletes and active people who want to move better, recover faster, and stay ahead of injury.
Defined patient journey — The old site left visitors guessing about what to do next. We simplified the navigation and added clear calls-to-action throughout, guiding visitors from "just browsing" to "ready to book" with intention at every step.
HubSpot integration — We connected the new website to HubSpot, allowing Tundra to track leads, automate follow-up, and manage their patient pipeline in one place. Form submissions now feed directly into their CRM instead of sitting in an inbox.
Local SEO foundation — We optimized every page for search, including meta titles and descriptions, header structure, image alt text, and Denver-specific keyword targeting. We also set up Google Business Profile and made sure the site was ready to rank for terms like "Denver physical therapy" and "sports physical therapist Denver."
Mobile-first, fast-loading design — Most people searching for a physical therapist are doing it on their phone. We built the site to load fast and look sharp on mobile, with easy tap-to-call buttons and a booking flow that works on any device.
Content that builds trust — We structured the site to showcase Tundra's expertise, including their approach to care, the conditions they treat, and the results they've helped patients achieve. This positions them as authorities in the Denver physical therapy space, not just another clinic.
The Result
