PSA Security is a Denver-based security system integrator collective — a network that connects integrators with technology partners, provides member benefits, hosts industry events, and supports the growth of security professionals nationwide. It's a complex organization with a lot of moving parts.
Their previous WordPress site had become a burden. Updates were cumbersome, the backend was difficult to manage, and the site wasn't serving their members or partners as well as it should. They needed a platform that was easier to maintain internally while still handling the complexity of their organization — partner directories, member benefits, events, and more.
Building a Custom Squarespace Solution for Complex Needs
PSA Security's needs went beyond a typical business website. We built a fully custom Squarespace site with specialized plugins and integrations to handle everything their organization requires — without the headaches of WordPress maintenance.

Monocle Search integration — With hundreds of technology and integrator partners, search functionality was critical. We implemented Monocle Search to give visitors a fast, powerful way to find exactly what they're looking for.
Universal Filter Plugin — We added advanced filtering to the partner directories, allowing visitors to sort through technology partners and integrators by category, specialty, and location. No more scrolling through endless lists.
Integrator Locator via Storepoint — Clients looking for a PSA integrator in their area can now use an interactive locator map. We integrated Storepoint to make finding a nearby partner simple and intuitive.
Lightbox Anything Plugin — PSA has a library of video content. We used the Lightbox Anything plugin to create a clean, professional video viewing experience without sending visitors off-site.
Clear organizational structure — We designed the site to clearly communicate PSA's value proposition: who they are, what membership offers, how to find partners, and what events are coming up. The information architecture makes sense for both prospective members and existing partners.
Easy content management — Moving from WordPress to Squarespace means the PSA team can now update content, add events, and manage partner listings without needing a developer.
