Plano, Texas Therapist Moves Site FRom Wordpress To Squarespace
In another case of a business switching from Wordpress to Squarespace, our longtime SEO client Dr. Runge decided she wanted a website that was lightyears easier to maintain, better for SEO and just overall a better fit for her business. The Brief
Dr. Runge, and her therapy business Mindful Resolutions, has been an Agave client since almost the beginning. Dr. Runge came to us to help her manage her Wordpress website and perform some search engine optimization on her site. This worked well for a while, but Agave identified some glaring issues with her Wordpress site that were affecting her marketing efforts. The biggest being that it was just hard to stay up-to-date with the site and build new pages that were really optimized for search engines. For this reason, Dr. Runge and Agave decided to move her site to Squarespace.
The Process
The Squarespace designers and developers at Agave got to work moving the site from Wordpress to Squarespace right away. Since the site was still fairly small, the work was easy with the biggest task being moving over content and finding new images. The Denver Squarespace designers rebuild all of Dr. Runge’s pages using the new Squarespace Fluid Editor with images that induce a calming feeling and calls to action that drive users to book a consultation and start their mindfulness journey.
The REsult
The result for Mindful Resolutions and Dr. Runge is a Squarespace site that is easy to manage, keep updated and is free from the problems that often plague Wordpress sites. Since switching to Squarespace, the Mindful Resolutions site has seen a dramatic increase in search traffic due to the amazing Squarespace SEO tools.
