Let’s get this party started! 🎉 You’ve filled out our handy contact form on our say howdy page and you’re ready to get started. We’ll reach out within a business day to get a call set up so we can get acquainted and the team can learn a little bit about your project and make sure we’re a good fit.

After our initial call, we’ll send over a proposal for services and a contract. This is where we request payment for the project, check out our investment page here, and a signature to approve the contract, project timeline and services proposed.

Once that part is out of the way we get to the essentials of your project! No matter if you’re getting a new website, some SEO work done, or a new brand identity, we’ll have some questionnaires for you to answer. We ask you to take some time with these since they will affect our strategy in approaching your project. That’s why they’re called “The Essentials!”

Once all these questionnaires are complete, we discuss the project on our “Project Kickoff Call.” This is where we outline a project timeline together and discuss important deadlines.

Now this is where the fun begins. Once we move into the discovery section of your project things start coming together. We offer one discovery call with you for our web design and brand identity projects to expand on what we discussed in our Project Kickoff Call. This is where the team here at Agave really dives into your wants and needs and also the wants and needs of your target market to make sure your project resonates with you and also your potential clients or customers.

Okay, we don’t want to be alarmist, but all of your content for your website is due before we get started on it.

“But I don’t know what’s going on my website yet!” … well you better get to work!

Having all your content in hand means we can turn around and deliver a beautiful website for your business so we can be as close to the “final draft” as possible.

P.S. We do offer content writing, but it does cost a pretty penny.

The all important Design phase of the project! This is where the team at Agave will either be designing your brand and website or coming up with an SEO strategy if you’re on one of our SEO plans. There isn’t too much to say about this section of the project since we’ll be working in the background. We’ll reach out within two weeks to get a design review call set up!

Once the team at Agave has completed your initial concepts, we’ll schedule a “Design Review” call to go over the concepts for your brand or website. If you’re on one of our SEO plans, we’ll send over our suggestions for your site and our site titles and descriptions.

When it comes to any revisions, we have one philosophy: let’s hit the target. We strive to get as close to the vision we outline in the “Discovery” phase of the project, but if not we do have some options. For every project we offer two rounds of revisions and any additional rounds do require some extra investments.

Once we get final approval from you, the client, we’ll launch your site, flow your SEO changes, and/or send over your final brand and logo files. It’s a lot to take in!
