Here at Agave Studio we understand that getting a new brand or website can be a daunting cost for any business. With that being said, we do charge a 50% non-refundable deposit upfront for all work. We then charge 50% when we get final project sign off.

As long as your project stays in line with the standards we set at the beginning, we won’t require any additional charges for the project if we spend a little extra time on it.

Now, if we start getting outside of the original agreement, then we will have to have a conversation on additional charges.

Yes! We set a timeline with deadlines for us and for you as the client to make sure we stay on track to get your project completed. This is all set up on our Project Kickoff Call and after the call we send you a project timeline that we can both see.

These things happen! If a project goes over scope we will be 100% transparent with you about what any additional costs will be plus give you options on how to reduce those costs.

We never want cost to get in the way of a project, so we do offer payment plans on a case by case basis. We split the project cost up on a three or six month basis and charge monthly.

We do require all payment plans to be set up on auto-pay through our project management system.

We can rush projects on a case-by-case basis. When we do have a rush order, we do reserve the right to charge a 20% rush fee on the project. This covers us having to potentially postpone other projects to accomodate the rush order.
