Yes. We require a 6 or 12 month commitment for maintenance packages. This ensures we can plan ahead and deliver consistent support. After your initial term, you can continue month-to-month or renew.
Premium clients get 1-2 business day turnaround and phone support. For Essentials and Standard, we do our best to accommodate urgent requests, but can't guarantee same-day turnaround.
Yes. We work on Squarespace sites we built and ones we didn't. If your site needs cleanup before we can maintain it efficiently, we'll let you know.
Yes. We offer ad hoc support at $125/hour. If you only need occasional help, that might be a better fit.
